Booking Instructions for Shay, Our Trichologist & Master Stylist
Shay is not just a stylist; she's a Certified Trichologist and has mastered her craft. With 20+ years of experience and a passion for hair health, Shay is dedicated to helping you achieve your hair goals.

 

We believe in open and honest communication. Before any service, Shay will take the time to understand your needs, preferences, and concerns to ensure your satisfaction. Each client is unique, and so are their haircare needs. Shay will customize every service to suit your individual hair type, texture, and lifestyle.

 

At this time Shay is Accepting New Clients Only for Healthy Haircare, Hair Loss, RejuvaScalp Services, Chemicals And Extensions. She do not offer any braiding services. Any service that she cannot do she will refer you to someone in the salon who can.

APPOINTMENTS

At the moment she is only accepting "New Clients" Tuesday-Friday during the hours of 9am to 2pm. Due to high demand she is unavailable during any other times. 

 

WAITLIST
The "Waitlist" is an opportunity for those customers who will need an Evening appointment or a Saturday appointment. You will be called first if there any cancellations or no shows. Normally an appointment will become available within days or 1-3 weeks. It is a guarantee that i will get you in as soon as possible. When booking please check the box if you need a Evening or Saturday Appointment.

SALON POLICIES
1. All Pre-Booked Appointments require a 40% Deposit to Secure Appointment.
2. Deposits are Transferable 1 Time.
3. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment time or your deposit will be used as a cancellation fee.
4. Cancellations are 40% of your entire booked service.
5. No Call. No Shows....Will be blocked and can walk in for services only.
6. We reserve the right to charge additional for removals, length, density and detangling needs.
7.  All chemical services require a signed chemical release form.
8. Please refrain from bringing extra guest into the salon.
