BOOKING

Online booking is available here at my website www.heavenlyhairbyshannon.com . You must book 48 hours in advance to secure your desired slot. You may book your appointment even if the price is not understood, discounts or adjustments can be done by me before any service. You may book online if you have a groupon deal. Groupon deals have certain restrictions so please read thoroughly before booking.

CANCELLATION

Heavenly Hair by Shannon requires 24 hour cancellation notice. If you cancel in advance we can transfer your deposit if you made one. If you miss 1 appointment without notification or cancel appointments the day of, your future bookings will require an online deposit or you may result in cancellation fee of $20 or more according to the service.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive 15 mins after your appointment time be prepared to experience delays. The late charge is $10 for 15 mins and $20 for 30 mins. After 30 mins your appointment may be canceled.

 

 

CHILD POLICY

Due to insurance reasons, children are not allowed in the salon without an appointment.
